A review of some of the awards I have instigated

During my time as the President of the SFA Referee’s Association (Edinburgh & District) I had the honour of instigating the following two awards:-

  • President’s Trophy for sustained contribution to the life of the association.
  • Trainers’ Award for most improved physical fitness.

On leaving Aberdeen City Council as a Quality Improvement Officer I donated a new awards- The ‘Determined to Succeed’ Trophy to Tullos School for the student showing the greatest determination and improvement in P7.

In 2016 after a study visit I left the following awards in the Americas:-

Momentous Institute, Dallas, Texas.  A Scottish Quaich to be used for the member of staff or student demonstrating traits of compassion and friendship.

Tecmilenio University, Monterrey, Mexico.  A Scottish Quaich to be used for the member of staff whose friendship is to be commended and rewarded.
